The fake site claims to be PHD International Bank.

PHD International BANK is an international financial institution with impeccable experience in Personal Banking, Global Transfers, Mortgage Payments, Equity Assurance, Insurance, Customer Experiences, Financial Management and Offshore Banking. It was established in August, 2011 by a financial group of stakeholders, Insurance Brokers from NYSE, and other Governmental Organizations.
