From the fake website:

Based in Southern England, we work with local, national and international smallholders and contractors, offering cost-effective delivery on quality machinery to destinations worldwide.

We have sold many used machinery within Europe including Ireland, Poland, Germany, Switzerland, France, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Holland, Cyprus, Norway and many more. Outside of the EU, we have sent machinery worldwide – including Japan, Australia, Canada and New Zealand.

Our company delivers used machinery worldwide via container shipment or roll on-roll off (RoRo). If you prefer container shipment we can load the container and deliver it to your port of choice. We can accommodate any size of container and will select the most affordable size for your cargo. If RoRo is the most appropriate method of shipping, we will again deliver the machinery to the port, where it will be driven onto the ship.
Note: Payment has to be made before goods are dispatched.

Hi Everyone

I am shocked by this site. I am Lee Cutler and I sold my plant hire business recently. Someone has set up this leecutlerplant.co.uk as a fake site using all my details including my home address. They are using an old Companies House Company Registration number that was an old business of mine and was dissolved in 2015. They are using my VAT number also.

Although the email address and the telephone numbers are nothing to do with me.

I was a small 'one man band' business and never had a website, nor did I employ any of the fictitious staff as shown on the site. The picture that purports to me isn't me either.

Just so you know, I have never been a machinery trader. The entire site, while looking genuine, is a complete fake and nothing to do with me.

I have contacted the police regarding the matter, who have forwarded me to the Action Fraud Office. I have since had a response from them stating that since I have personally lost no money, as far as they are concerned it is not technically a crime.

Frustratingly, there is little I can do to stop this. Please be assured that this is not me. Do not send any monies to these scammers.

Thank you and sorry for any confusion. This is being a real hassle to me too!

This scam is a clone of the fake m-t-farm-limited.com with a new name.

From the fake site:
We supply used equipment throughout the UK and Poland as well as overseas. We underwrite for most of the large manufacturers that sell construction equipment in the UK and Poland and then we sell to the trade, therefore our prices are usually hard to beat. We hold a large stock of Machinery including the following: excavators, rollers, dumpers, jcb, forklifts, wheeled excavators, mini diggers, dump trucks, etc and can arrange finance if required.

We export a large percentage of our plant equipment to Dubai, Serbia, Croatia, Turkey, Romania, France, Italy, Africa and are interested in finding more business partners that want a good supply of quality plant equipment from the UK and Poland. We have loading facilities, and can arrange shipping if required. When it comes to plant sales MTF LIMITED deliver above and beyond all your expectations.

We Ship Worldwide

In this case "We Ship Worldwide" means "We scam worldwide."
