By recommendation, we accept you to participate in the forth-coming meetings is scheduled to take place from July 3rd - 5th, 2017 California, USA at the Disneyland Convention Center California, U.S.A. and from July 10th -12th 2017 at Convention Centre Dakar, Senegal, West - Africa.
The aim of the forth coming global congress meetings is to equip participants with the strategies and policies against Economic Crisis, Child Protection & HIV/AIDS Treatment, Prostitution, Sex Work ,forced Labor,trafficking of women and children.
These events are being Organized and sponsored by the PACIFIC HEALTH WELFARE ORGANIZATION CALIFORNIA (PHWOC) in collaboration with other benevolent organizations in the United States of America.
The conference organizing committee inconjuction with the donor sponsoring committee has mapped out some financial rewards to group or individual participants that distinguished themselves in their areas of discipline.
Panel of Judges has been appointed to oversee and to select participants of merit. Awards and gifts will be given to participants on merit.
You are hereby advised to equip yourselves and exhibit your God given talents to the fullest. We welcome delegations, inter-governmental and non-governmental organizations to the International Conference. Our staff are working day and night to make this event a success.
REGISTRATION OF PARTICIPANTS
Only a minimum of One (1) as an individual or a maximum of ten (10) persons are expected to participate together as a group or organization to represent in the forth-coming events. None of them should be less than eighteen years of age, as from eighteen to older age are allowed to participate and must participate in both conferences.
It is not necessary that one must belong to an organization to be eligible to attend this event. Any One (1) as an individual or ten (10) persons forming a group to represent a Country or organization etc. are eligible to participate in the forth-coming conferences.
For registration to participate in this event, you may forward the names and passport numbers of your group members to us, as soon as possible, as all participants visa assistance request will be forwarded to the U.S Department of State for same day visa Authorization which shall be sent by fax to the consular section of the U.S. Embassy, in your country of residence.
All registered participants are entitled to a round trip air tickets, meals and accommodation during their stay in the U.S. Only.
Delegates will only be responsible for their own hotel booking in Dakar-Senegal where the second phase of the conference will be held due to the inability of our partner organizations to mobilize enough funds to sponsor the number of expected delegates to attend both conferences.You must send to us the following information as mentioned below:

You have been duly registered to participate in these forth-coming events, please read and follow carefully the instructions, you are only responsible for your hotel booking accommodation in Dakar, Senegal, the conference organizing committee will be responsible for the accommodation in the U.S. together with the round trip air tickets which cover from your country of residence to the United State, from the United State to Dakar Senegal and from Dakar, Senegal back to your country of residence.
Endeavor to furnish us with the Form A-B1-B2-duly filled and sign along with the hotel official booking confirmation proved of payment receipt on or before the deadline date, and you should carefully follow the instructions of the recommended hotel management in Dakar, Senegal to reserve accommodation for the upcoming event.
