The fake site claims to be M & M Welding Incorporated. The fake site is used in job scams while impersonating an American company with a similar name.

From the fake site:

M & M Welding Inc. is a leading engineering service provider in de Gaulle cedex, France.
M & M Welding Inc. has a long history in France, trading as M & M Aluminium Welding since the late 80’s. Our original niche was in delivering unparalleled fabrication quality in the Aluminium and other specialty metals market. As we grew it became apparent that we needed to rebrand to better represent the range of services that we offered. In 2012 we combined the initials of our original name to become M & M Welding Inc. (pronounced ‘core’).
