And yet another fake supplier. The fake site claims to be Wals Gadgets World.

From the fake site:

At Wals Gadgets, we strive to provide our customers with quality products at the best prices possible. All the while, we make all efforts to give them a level of service that they will never forget, making them want to come back for more.

In early 2007, Dr. Brian J. Locke recognized the potential in liquidating excess inventory through the Internet. Up until then, bargain-seeking consumers had relied upon far-off outlet centers with crowds and limited product selections. In addition, small retailers had little access into the world of closeout merchandise. Online shopping was still in its early stage, but six months later, and with no outside funding, Wals Gadgets launched with the mission to be the premier company to sell excess inventory through the Internet.
Wals Gadgets is a UK-based company, employing over 350 people.

All our products are sold on a delivery duty unpaid basis. If your delivery address is outside the European Union (EU) you may have to pay import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You are responsible for any such duties and taxes.

Yes, Avi, this is a fake site. Those items you try to buy doesn't exist. The supplier is also as fake as the so called courier company is. The only real part is the money you will lose if you make that payment.

Can you try, please, to forward to my email address the correspondence you have with those "people"? Your identity will be entirely protected - all we need are the details of the fraudsters and the way they tried to use this fraud for getting your money.

You can find my email address below, under every post I made on this forum.

The details you have about the scammers may save someone else soon, if posted right.

You have here: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=26504 few elements you need to take into consideration for protecting yourself after being targeted by a scammer.
