The email came with an attachment (see attached file) which is obviously a faked UAE ID card and a fake ID of a person called Mohamed Bin Thaaloob Al Derei.

This was where I stopped the contact and went over to searching for information about these names on scam reporting websites. The alqudraholding-ae.com domain doesn't look real at all. It looks very similar to other loan scams already reported on scamsurvivors.com using companies names like Emirates Advanced Investments Group (EAIG).
I have blocked the user in LinkedIn and am flagging these emails as junk in my system.
