The fake site impersonates Lutech Resources.

The general manager of the real company warning on his LinkedIn profile:

Please note that I have had numerous requests recently, mainly from USA and Philippines based candidates. Unfortunately many of them have been victims of a scam whereby Lutech and my name has been used in connection with interviews for non-existent jobs. Christine Anadell's name is being used as the recruiter (Lutech USA) and my name is being used as the interviewer with a totally spurious HR title. I have seen two job offers to victims offering very high salaries and generous terms, which are totally unrealistic. They also appear to be using a fake company called Bournemouth Assurance as part of the scam to extract money. The website address for the real Lutech is lutechresources.com. This can be easily verified, whilst a google search of the scammers fake Lutechresourcesinc.com produces nothing. PLEASE TAKE NOTE, BE VIGILANT AND AVOID BEING SCAMMED.

The domain is used only for the email address.

According to the fake site:

Derbyshire Offshore Drilling brings energy to the world as a global provider of offshore drilling services to the petroleum industry. For over two decades, we have focused on operating safely and exceeding customer expectations.

"For over two decades" is more likely a poetic license - the "company" was created two weeks ago.

From their "management team", James L Hogan, "Chief Financial Officer" is using a stolen picture of a Slovenian banker.

Alton J Williams, "Chief Executive Officer" is using a stolen picture of another Slovenian banker.

In other words, the entire staff of the so called company is filled with people who doesn't exist, abusing stolen photos of real people having nothing to do with the professional area where the fake company claims to be active.
