The fake sites maker activity can be traced back to 2008, when a domain he created was reported for being used in online fraud. At that time he was impersonating a courier company named International Bonded Courier - https://db.aa419.org/fakebanksview.php?key=30627 :

The latest one is reported in https://scamsurvivors.com/forum/viewtop ... =6&t=58533, after the details were provided by one of his victims almost trapped in the scam. From Nigeria in his youngest times, now he is active from South Africa. Since 2008 until now, 30 of the domains he created were reported for being used in fraud and are suspended now.

His current portfolio includes 45 sites impersonating everything: from banks, loan companies, couriers until hospitals used in job scams.

The fake site impersonates Baker Reids Hospital from Australia and USA and is used in job scams.

From the fake site:

Our Head Office is Located in Perth Australia with an Ultra Modern State of the Art Facility in New Jersey, USA.


The so called "Board of Directors" is abusing stolen pictures of innocent people habing nothing to do with the named hospital. Just as an example, "Dr. Sarah Dior, Head, Nursing Services" is in fact a professor at College of the Canyons in USA.

The site is named Citadel Donors and is a pyramid scheme - peer to peer donations. The donations are requested to be made in naira (Nigerian currency), while the "company" claims to be in Saudi Arabia, and using an Indian mobile phone number.

From the fake site:

The company was founded by a team of enthusiastic humanitarian specialists who wanted to overcome the routine and create a platform that would act in the market not only for business success but for the sake of humanitarian and financial empowerment services.


When you Join, you will need to donate the sum of either N10000, N20000, N50000 , N100000 or N200000 to a fellow member assigned by the system or your direct link, and the member will then confirm your donation and then the system will automatically assign 2 other registered people under you from spillovers who will also pay you the joining amount each, into your bank account, making 100%.

The fake site claims to be a delivery company called Fare Speed Shipping Company.

From the fake site:

We aim to deliver to Western Europe within three working days. Eastern Europe takes up to five days and other countries up to seven days.

Another fake site operated by the same fraud syndicate is Adolf Kaspar Construction Group. The domain uses content stolen from a real company active in Saudi Arabia.

The fake site claims to be Canadian Western Bank. The real bank with that name has nothing to do with the scam.
