The fake site claims to be Alcon Private Bank. The domain is used in romance scams.

The scammers are targeting their victim on dating sites. After getting their victim trust, the scammers are asking the victim to receive a huge amount of money. For doing that, the victim need to open a bank account with the fake bank and pay $6.000 for activating the account before receiving the money. Of course, the money don't exist. The only real money involved in the transaction are the ones the victim will lose while dealing with the fake bank.

The previous fake bank used in scam - ubsinternational.org is no more active. The scammers have already another one in place...
