That is a lie - aceypal.com is not a registered domain name. Meaning there is no site. The "company" has no online presence, except a LinkedIn profile of "Juan Vázquez C.E.O en ACEYPAL S,A.", with zero contacts.
There might be a real company with that name in Ecuador, not using a website, and being impersonated by fraudsters on trade markets online.
At this stage, based on the details you provided, it is not possible for us to say if you are dealing with a fraudster or not.
They agreed to allowed me to inspect the loading process, but the 30% TT deposit still need to be paid before the loading. 70% will be L/C.
and they invite me to have a meet in Ecuador.
This is another red flag: no real company will force a potential client to pay in advance for a product as a condition for a meeting or for visiting the company offering that product.
Please use all the legal ways you can to check if your distributor is real. Check the company with the Ecuadorian Chamber of Commerce or with your local Chamber of Commerce before making any payment. If the checks lead to contact details of a company with the same name, try to contact them using those details and not only the ones you received from the person you are dealing with, after finding their posts on trade sites.
