Does anyone recognize these and are they scammers?

email addresses of girls from Kazakhstan in my spam box I responded to. The con has not been unfolded yet so I'm not sure if they are scammers or not. Mabye someone has had contact with these?

-> does pick up little details, answers queries, so it's not an automated mail program. Then decides to come to "my airport" out of love. Then nothing.

lydmilabett@gmail.com
-> funny expressions like ""I will never turn the evil like disease foundation. " so scammer uses simple google translate, not necessarily a scam sign but the "girl" masks the fact she doesn't even speak English.

ktrysikair@gmail.com
-> does pick up on details, likely not scammer or a long con.
-> mentioned dentist -> "I hope you are feeling well and your tooth doesn't hurt anymore."
-> a mentioned duolingo -> "YES I heard about this app. Once I used it. This is a very good language learning app. Everything is very simple and clear."
In case it is a con, at least two people wasted their time. Time will tell.

I get a hit for the first E-mail address here:

I get no hits for the other two.
