The scammers stole the content from a real UK delivery company website.

From the fake courier website:

The scammer claims to be Nicholas Cheung, Asian American. He claims to have an inheritance in Malaysia, where his father, of Chinese origin living in Singapore, had shares in a company.

He is from Singapore but raised in UK by his mother and go to the US to study and stay there.
He lives in Texas.

He pretends to be traveling for work in Turkey.

After gaining his victim trust, he will pretend to be shipping his inheritance to the victim, hiding the money in a luggage that will be delivered with the fake courier company and the victim will be asked to pay the shipment fees.

In and between, he will ask for money to help his sick mother and, if even that's not working, he will simulate getting infected with the Corona virus.
