msnemail.top is a fraudulent domain name spoofing Microsoft email provider Outlook, used only for the email address. No real person with honest intentions will ever use a fraudulent domain name for sending emails.

Google can be your best friend;use it if you have doubts about someone met online. If someone met online only asks for money, no matter what reason, it´s 100% scam.
