Scammers abusing stolen photos of Julian Arroyo

The fake military is searching for victims on Facebook, while pretending to be Arroyo Collins:

The fraudster pretends to be in Afghanistan and he has a parcel to send, using the services of a fake courier. The fake courier will notify the victim that the parcel is seized in the Nigeria Airport and will ask for fees needed to release the parcel.
