The real owner of the stolen pictures used is Igor Koshin, Russian politician.

In October last year, one of the stolen pictures was used on AnotherFriend, where the person posting it claimed to be Stephen Williams from Alberta, Canada:

The fraudster pretending to be Andrew J Wagner uses also a fake website - Consta Construction Co / Consta - Engineer , where he shows as: "Andrew J. Wagner Civil Engineer":

The location on the fake company website shows:

United States, New York, Wall st. 25/1

The fake website may say that the "company is active for 15 years, but the reality is the domain name was registered last summer. New York is, in this case, in Lagos, Nigeria.
