The fake website used in fraud pretends to be Department of Defense US Army .

The site shows some "happy" ladies they allegedly helped:

I am so happy to finally reunite with my husband. I feel much better. (Anna)
I am so happy I got my refund back after my husband was released. (Susan)
After making the payment to the military for our wedding the military help with everything. (Betty)
I have been long waiting for the coming of my husband Josh and finally he is here with me and the kids. (Debrah)

There are no contact details on the fake website, only a form the victims are asked to use for contacting the bogus department.

There are links to various "services", but none is working:

MILITARY WEDDING
REPLACEMENT OF ARMY
LEAVE REQUEST
CREDIT REFUND
DEPLOYMENT OF ARMY

The fake site claims to be active since 2017. In fact, the domain name was registered 5 days ago.
