eluukku.com is a domain name created on 2019-08-21. There is no option anyone can register an account there and use it for receiving messages. A Google search shows only online reports for romance scams associated with that domain name used as an email address.
Help yourself by helping others - report your scammer here.
Google can be your best friend;use it if you have doubts about someone met online. If someone met online only asks for money, no matter what reason, it´s 100% scam.
