LizaAbenes,

I suspect that you are involved in a romance scam, involving Steven Tyler. That courier company is just one part of his scam. Please break off contact with EVERYONE involved in your situation. Please wait for an email from one of our team to get more information.
If anyone asks you for money on the Internet they are always a scammer, 100% of the time.

The same "CHARLES NGUME Operation Delivery Manager" is also reported in viewtopic.php?t=75074 while pretending to represent another fake courier in a military romance scam.

Type of message the fraudster used:

Honey,

Today, its been so lovely out here, i
took a walk to beach to see around,
feel nature and also relax my mind,
every now and then, i keep thinking
about you, your love and care, makes
me happy and , i feel so much happy
every day and every moment of time,
today , i download your pictures and
put in my bedroom, so i can be
looking at you every moment of
time, when i wake up and when i
want to go to bed.

| am so happy to have you in my life
and as my baby, everything about
you, makes me happy, and smile
every moment, i hope you do take
care of yourself and be a good lady,
because i always care and love you
so much, every moment of the day, i
have you in my mind, and i really do
care and love you with all my heart.

I talk about you to my Mom and she
was really happy, because i have
found someone caring and loving in
my life, you make me complete and i
feel your love and care every
moment of the day, today i went to
the market, because i want to
cooking, hehehe is so funny, i wish
we can cook, eat, play and be
together someday, darling always
take of yourself and be good, i love
