How were you to send the money ?: After failed money gram and western union transfers, I sent the money via paypal
What steps, if any, have you already taken to block the scammer?: I have deactivated all social media accounts, changed my phone number, deleted my email address, deactivated paypal and set up a different account.

The images that the scammer used were of a famous Austrian tv personality called "Andreas/Andi Moravec" I discovered this using an image reversal app.
