I find him on Tinder now under another name

The scammer uses stolen pictures of Steve Roseman. The pictures are stolen from the real owner Instagram account.

In other scam attempts previously reported online, he claimed to be Glenn Pascal, a doctor in Yemen, or Mike Andson.
