A Turkish man(I refused to send him money so I don't know his name)

What country/city were you told to send the money to?:
Turkey

How were you to send the money ?:
By bank

What steps, if any, have you already taken to block the scammer?:
He will first tell you he is looking for a lifetime partner, his wife
dead and he got a daughter. His parents dead when he is 17, so he is raised
by his grandma. I think he was trying to get my sympathy and trust at this
step. Then he started to say how much he is into me and talk about future.
He sent me a pic of him with the US army uniform, told me that he was
deployed to Turkey. He also asked my job, my parent's job and did I got an
apartment in my city to determine how much he can take from me. But I
didn't tell him. When he thinks he gains enough trust and my attachment, he
started to ask me for money. Hos reason is the government stop provide him
foods and he is not able to access the bank ac. However, there's an agent
who's Turkish and he can access the bank ac. I told him to ask his friends
in US to help, he said he got only 4 friends and all of them also deployed
to Turkey, facing the same problem. He also said his grandma has no money
so I am the only one who can help.

Are there any other details you wish to share? Anything you say may help
prevent someone else from being scammed.:
****Don't trust him!!!!!! The US government will never treat his army like
that!!!!!! I google it, it is a scam****
Both the present and retired army said the us army get everything when they
are deployed, like foods, clothes, shelter etc.
They can decide the percentage of their salary to be paid in cash and in to
their bank ac. So they WILL NOT have no cash!!
Please search 'the us army don't have foods' on Google.

James Black - Instagram

Unread postby firefly » Sun Apr 07, 2019 3:44 am

The victim met the scammer on Instagram where he claimed to be James Black.

He didn’t demand anything from me. Everything went easy. I was pleased to communicate with him (as with a friend). Gradually I began to like him. And then you understand (I did not expect these feelings). It seemed that everything was excellent. Yes, I am very gullible but not stupid. There were moments when I was suspicious of something. He sent me 2 identical messages at different times (I decided not to pay attention). Later he forgot some moments (the excuse was that he was a soldier and he has a lot of things in his head). Further, I asked to send me new photos. I wrote to him that not all are new. Even I wrote how I found out about it. Actually, in some photos (he is younger in others and it’s obvious that his face is thin , and on others denser.) And this is such a change in one day? He was so angry with me. Then he himself offered me a maid (because I work a lot and it’s hard for me). I refused. And he didn’t insist. Further, for no understandable reason (then), he wrote me about his income, that all his money is on the card. But now is blocked by the US Bank. After the service, he will be able to use it as he pleases. I could not understand why he was telling me about this (after all, I don’t ask). And how did he want to hire me a maid without money? Then he went to negotiate with the terrorists. And they saved many civilians. Those residents thanked him for. After a while, he offers me to send a parcels. He has no one besides me and he does not trust anyone. He sent me a letter that I should write to the company. And I checked the site, I went and there really was a package in my name from him (with the things that he told me). And allegedly this parcel is with the agent of the Red Cross who travels to me. But the amount was unreal. He said that he did not know about it. He insists on finding me this money (because there is a lot more in the package). I don’t want to risk anything for him. From time to time I received SMS messages, ostensibly from their company. But which company sends letters at night? Accordingly, I did not tell him about it. Later, he began to ask me questions of an intimate nature. I tried as hard as I could to not answer. I could not understand what the catch was? I decided to check if he might want to blackmail me later. And soon he starts a topic about the future and about his premise again. When I said I found half the amount, he was so happy. He doesn’t suspect that I already knew everything a long time ago. What now, I play with him (in his own game)? It really hurts now (after all, I really loved him and believed him). I am very disappointed. Just there are not enough words to express everything ... I didn't tell him about it.

I am on pof, I signed up a day ago. Today a goodlooking, too good to be true guy started talking to me. We started exchanging information, getting to know each other a bit. He then asked me if I wanted to chat in whatapp or kik. I picked kik. We started talking again. I couldn't believe a good looking guy like that could be interested in a chubby girl like me. After awhile the way he typed his sentences seemed off. It looked like how foreign people would mispronounced words. I asked for a pic. He sent one. I searched it on google images. I found your post. I told him I found the picture on a scammers website. He denied it. I told him I reported him on pof. Hopefully they do something about it.
