So… I looked up this guy’s picture and his name on the actual profile on instagram only had one picture (red flag) says he is from Mexico and that is why his English is so bad. Does this guy have a different name I am a little confused as to is the profile named Allen Andrew is the scammer or that is his real name?

Allen Andrew is the name that the stolen images were first being abused as. His real last name is Black as that is the name on the military related ones. The scammers just rename the person in the images to suit their own scam.

Well, "they" are apparently back at it now going as Collins Black from GA.

Messaged me on TikTok as Collins.
Telling me he was 39 and never married.

My red flags were up right away, but I thought I would "play their game". Until "they" supposedly sent me a military box with their personal effects as well as money. When they wanted me to pay for the box, I said no to them and blocked them. Then the shipping company wanted more money because there was no duty declaration form and wanted another almost $5000. But it was kind of funny that I didn't hear back from the shipping company about payment the whole time he was blocked from me.

After I blocked them, they would continue to DM me on TikTok begging, so I just thought email them "explaining" why I blocked them to see what would happen next...Not giving in to the money.

I decided to unblock just to see what game was next...I guess I am a sucker for the drama...LOL.

At first they said that they couldn't take pictures while they were on duty in Ukraine, but now all of the sudden they can send me a picture.

emails that have been used: collinsblackm370@gmail.com
collinsblackc@gmail.com
collinsblack371@gmail.com
collinsblack370@gmail.com
Used google chat to communicate and email, and during google chat, said that there was an issue with continuing the conversation and that is why he had to change the email.

Once again, I have not sent any money but I am keeping the game going to see how long it takes before it comes up again (btw...got an email today about the box from the shipping company and it went directly into the trash).

Can you post the E-mails you received?
Also, if the scammer has any of your real life information you should stop all contact with them.
You are dealing with a hardened criminal here.

Any possibility you can post an E-mail header from the message?
It will help us kill the website being used to commit fraud.

How to get the header varies from E-mail provider to E-mail provider.
You might Google how to get it from yours.
Be sure to remove your name and E-mail address from it.
