He is on Instagram as @torgen01

Says he is from San Antonio, TX. Moved there from Indiana after a painful divorce from his wife who was his high school sweetheart. Left everything to her after discovering her in bed with his best friend. Said his DOB was 4/16, currently 34. Very dramatic. But a charmer, says all the right things. Has a very a thick accent but says that he mostly grew up in Vietnam. Mom was an American and Dad was from Vietnam; but died in a car crash when he was 19 along with his siblings. Says that he dreams of his mom a lot, and constantly said that I reminded him of his mom a lot. Trying to restart his life after his painful divorce, no children. He does all the right things, constantly asked for my address to send me gifts, and was making me feel very guilty every time I refused his gift offer. Then right around the beginning of March, I believe it was March 2, he disappeared for a couple of days, then came back on WhatsApp. Said he was in Qatar on a contract job. Automotive Software engineer. Said he'd picked up a three-month contract to start something. As for the explanation why he was gone for so long, said that it was such a sudden reversal of good luck and the other company demanded that he be there so quick that he had no time to give any warnings. Constantly hinted at being short on finances and the government officials over there demanding money from him so he can continue his work. The last time, I spoke with him he flat out asked me to send him $10,000 so he can pay off an official there in Qatar, and when I refused he was obviously mad. He occasionally will text some sad comment on WhatsApp, but I haven't replied.

WhatsApp handle,

Tang Automobiles 2102640504

He is a charmer. Said all the right words, but was very supportive when I was going through some emotional turmoil. Kept on proposing and talking about marriage, and moving to where I live, so we can marry. He is still active on instagram. When he started asking for money, I got the hint that he must a scammer, but did not really to search. I've been away from dating world for so long, it didn't occur to search for image search. But was reading an article about online scammers and decided to do an image search. He is on a lot of Chinese, or Vietnamese gay porn sites, and also of course, this thread popped up.

I just recently chat with him for a week and then he asked for my details such as full name, address, email, and phone number to send me bday gifts.

We met in Instagram, his account name is Patrick David @patrick411q and he claimed to be from south korea but live in Naples Italy for 3 years. He said he is 36 yo and single and then we continue chatting on whatsapp. The number he is using is +39 3509328594.

I have already gave him my address and email id but i got suspicious after hearing his voice note, so i search and finally found a person named Zind Lee which he has been using his photos and also this thread. So i decided to share this story.

I hope it helps. He hasn't ask me for money or anything when i found out but unfortunately he already has my address, and email.

You may have to abandon your E-mail address and change your phone number because the scammer may add them to a "Suckers list".
