Scammers abusing stolen photos of Dmitry Babushkin

Split from viewtopic.php?f=6&t=50138 where the scammer is reported while using a fake courier site - RAPID DESPATCH. The same details of the scammer are used online with someone else's stolen pictures, reported in viewtopic.php?f=11&t=50825.
