The first picture is stolen from http:/ /eventful.com/performers/pop-sensation-dwaine-/P0-001-000210209-1. Real owner is Dwaine (pop and r&b singer), known as Pop Sensation Dwaine.
Help yourself by helping others - report your scammer here.
Google can be your best friend;use it if you have doubts about someone met online. If someone met online only asks for money, no matter what reason, it´s 100% scam.

My guess is that the rest of the photos would be mug(u) shots of the real scammer, though can't be sure.
