You'll see romance scammers abusing stolen photos of (usually) good looking people. You should realise that these photos are, in 99.9% of cases, stolen from innocent people who have no idea what their photos are being used for and are not a part of the scam. We consider them as much a victim of the scammers as the people they're attempting to steal money from. If you find out the real person behind the photos, do not contact them and accuse them of being a scammer. Do not contact them to see if they're single because you fell for the photos. The person writing to you and the person in the photos are two completely different people. Their only connection is the fact that the scammer stole their photos to use without their knowledge or consent.
