Scammers abusing stolen photos of Gen.Vlastimil Picek

This scammer use not just stolen images of the Czech General Vlastimil Picek, but also his identity. According to Wikipedia, Vlastimil Picek (25 October 1956) was the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic from 2007 to 2012.
