There has been reports of changes in the files reported by the bank as
“Suspicious transaction” and attempt to wire the funds and we are
trying to use this medium to "ALERT" whoever the ORIGINAL BENEFICIARY
is assigned.
Take note that GIABA want to EDIT the profile of beneficiaries IN
ORDER to prevent the bank from making wrongful payment.
Beneficiaries whose outstanding foreign exchange is above US$100,000
should as a matter of urgency SEND A RECENT VALID CLAIMS LETTER with
bank details.
The amount has accrued interests of $3,782,050.
If on the other hand, it happens that a beneficiary is late, and a
WILL is not submitted in the file of a deceased foreigner, and if
there is no record of a next of kin, it is usually presumed the
deceased died intestate, that is, without a will and the estate will
eventually be credited to the government treasury as “UNCLAIMED
FUNDS”.
Hence it has been a long time and the bank wants to reconcile the long
overdue payment.
Please tell us if you AUTHORIZED the recent changes in the file,
including the receiving bank data.
