I have received your banking details, however it is important that you fill and send back the two forms attached to my last email. I have checked the forms and they are "working". All you should do is to download the two forms to your computer, then print, fill, sign and send back to me through the email with copy of your photo ID for proper identification and record purposes. In accordance with banking statutory 109/3W-19.2015 of the United Kingdom, it's obligatory that you notarize/reconcile your provided bank account in any of the Notary offices here in the UK to enable the remittance of your fund in due time.
Furthermore, you are advised to note that copy of your identification must be authenticated in the notary office here. Follow up to your email, I recommended that you send the fee through Western Union or MoneyGram in order to enable my personal assistant Mr. Samuel Donko to receive the money on my behalf the same day you sent it. Considering that the fee is very small, sending it through bank to bank would cause unnecessary delay. Secondly I would incur additional 40% (income tax) of the transferred fee if you transfer the fee to our account here in the UK. So bearing in mind how important that the fee gets to me in time and also to avoid this unnecessary 40% income taxation, please be advised to send the fee through Western Union / MoneyGram or better still do advise me to provide you an account outside UK to transfer the fee to enable us to avoid UK governement deducting the 40% income tax. However I would provide our UK account to you if you accept to include the 40% (additional $274.4 USD) income taxation when transferring the required $686 USD, making it total of $960.4 USD to be transferred.
The choice is yours.

For your information, there is nothing wrong or illegal sending the fees through Western Union or MoneyGram. I was only trying to help you by giving you an option to send the required fees quickly and also to spend lesser money for the notarization process. I will still pay my due income tax after checks and balances, however that would be during the end of the physical year. Whereas if you transfer the fund into our bank account, the 40% income tax will be automatically deducted from the transferred fee as soon as it enters our bank account. So do not get me wrong, I was not encouraging you to do anything inappropriately, I was only trying to help you to avoid an avoidable unnecessary charges which is within your legal right. Like I said, the choice is yours.
Below is our bank account. I am waiting to receive the payment slip of the total sum of $960.4 USD as soon as you have transferred the fees.
