After reading through the bank's forwarded message, I understood that the bank is requesting for the Funds transfer permit to be obtained from the Ministry of foreign affairs by a legal representative in Thailand to authorize the kiatnakin bank to remit the funds into your bank account. It is important that we employ the services of a Thailand based attorney who will help you obtain the (Funds Remittance Permit) from the Ministry of foreign affairs of Thailand. The permit must be obtained and submitted to the bank by the attorney to enable the bank to transfer the funds into your bank account.
