We are here to inform you that, during the routine checks at the
Kotoka International airport here yesterday, through our

intelligent monitoring unit we discovered that, your consignment/boxes
have no supporting legal document to back the shipment

to your contact address, based on the recent changes within the health
and aviation sector your consignment/boxes which was

diverted by some unknown characters and suspected to be valuable
items, following series of reports which states that due to

certain prevailing circumstances beyond your control, you could not
finalize the delivery process yourself.

Kindly reconfirm your resident address, working telephone number and
your identity to avoid wrong delivery.

Note: This operation is conducted in accordance with the regulations
in the interest of safety and in accordance with the

relevant international agreement ratified by the parliament under
article 75 of the Constitution, You are hereby required to

supply us a relevant insurance/Bill of landing covering this boxes in
less than twenty-four (24) hours from now, to enable us

complete your delivery in good conditions.

Note: Consignments are not delivered to a third party; it must be
delivered to the beneficiary only.
