The victim was searching online to buy a puppy. He found an offer made by someone from Baltimore. The seller was using a delivery company, called PREMIER GLOBAL LOGISTICS USA, Inc, to send the pet.

The company notified the buyer by email - contact@primocarriers.com - that he need to pay $1500 for quarantine before receiving the puppy.

Similar case similar modus operandi.

The victim replied to an online add posted by someone from Maryland offering a puppy. The seller was using the email address sooncooles@gmail.com.

He decided to deliver the puppy using the services of a courier company called SKYLINE SHIPPERS GLOBAL Logistics (USA) Co.,Ltd.

The victim was contacted by the courier company and received a link for tracking the delivery online. Before arriving to the victim's destination, the puppy was put on hold for not having electronic crate, the victim being requested to send the needed money for it.
