Interested participants attending the annual educational conference meeting are not accepted to make reservation booking in a different hotel and the selected hotel choosing by the organization for security purpose and proper recording of expected numbers of delegates participating in the conference meeting with us and you are to submitted your document not later than June 28th 2016

Accommodation: All Participants are to obtain their hotel booking confirmation receipt which should be submitted along with your filled registration form and also note that it is mandatory for all delegates to stay at the selected hotel venue for security purpose and to avoid doubt of your visa processing and air round trip from our organization. You are to contact the hotel by email and make your reservation booking for 6 nights which is from September 25th to 30th September 2016

VISA: Participants must be in possession of International Passports to enable them obtain visa to participate in the conference. Only in receipt of your filled registration forms, two color passport photograph, front page of international passport and hotel booking confirm receipt from the selected hotel venue of the event, will participant’s visa request be forwarded to the U.S Department of States for same day visa authorization, which shall be sent to the Consulate Section of the U.S Embassy in your country of residence for visa collection. You will be giving appointed date to visit the U.S Embassy for visa collection after the approval here in United States. You are to inform us if you already have U.S visa when submitting your registration documents.

Tickets: Air Tickets will be sponsored by our organization and other benevolent donors in the United States and worldwide. The tickets will cover from participant country of resident to the United States and back to participant’s country of resident.

Paper Presentation: Participants are advise to write a summary of their paper presentation on the above topic and our it affect your country, if you have any and submit it along with the requested document

Rules and Regulations:
•Each participants should complete and fill their registration form with pen.
•Registration received without the scan copy of your international passport front page along with your hotel booking receipt from the selected hotel venue in Florida United States will not be accepted.
•All registration document should be submitted as an e-mail attached to the conference registrar.
