Dear Customer,

Why haven't you gotten back to us on the provision of the demurrage/vault fee your shipment/consignment accumulated in our vault as previously communicated or do you want us to go ahead and hand over your shipment to the Homeland Security/U.S Customs and Border Protection for confiscation? The reason of making this inquiry again is because the time frame given to you to provide the accumulated vault fee has elapsed and we do not intend to retain your shipment in our vault anymore.

Kindly revert back to us immediately because your shipment/consignment containing debit card and classified documents currently in our vault has stayed too long in our vault and our operationg policy stipulates for such parcel/consignments to be handed to the law enforcements agencies for outright confiscation as abandone shipment. This will be our final notice to you as regard your shipment and failure to get back to us as demanded herein will warrant us to surrender your shipment to the authorities of Homeland Security/U.S Customs and Border Protection for outright confiscation as abandoned shipment.
