My name is General Johnson Mensah, I am the Director Inspection Unit United Nations Inspection Agent. On my assumption, each of the boxes will contain more than $4 Millions Dollars or above in each on further investigation, i discovered that The consignment was abandoned due to wrong declaration of the content, also the Diplomat inability to pay for Non Inspection Fees.

As it stands, I want to use my good office to process the document, pay the non inspection fee on your behalf and deliver the boxes to your address by myself for mutual benefit, on the condition that you will give me 30% of the total fund contained in the boxes upon delivery. All communication must be held extremely confidential. I can get everything concluded within 24 to 48 hours and proceed to your address for delivery upon your acceptance.
