My name is Dr. Rebecca Philips, I am a citizen of America from the state of Florida working as a medical doctor in the republic of Senegal, West Africa.
We have a situation concerning a young lady by name Alima Rashid, who happen to be a refugee in Senegal. We stopped her from taking her life on 22/03/2023 and as a result, she explained that you confiscated her funds transferred to your account on her behalf and ever since then you ignored her to continue suffering as a refugee under bad condition of health.
Kindly find it appropriate to return her funds to avoid her taking her life in suicide.
