scammers abusing stolen photos of Stuart James

The email address used by the scammer in the previous reported case is james.scott899@yahoo.com. The scammer has an "official" profile on Google+ as General james stuart. From the previous reports about this one using the same email address, the real location of the scammer is Ghana.

The Red Cross brought a parcel to England and then bring it to me. but I must first pay 2.800 US dollars, after my refusal to to pay disappeared.
